Medical Director:

Abdulla K. Salahudeen, MD, MSc, MBA, FRCP

Dr. Salahudeen is a primary care physician, and a board-certified Kidney Specialist (Nephrologist) who graduated from UT MD Anderson Faculty Leadership Academy training class of 2007. He also graduated from Texas Tech University’s Rawls Executive MBA program in 2011. He is Fellow of Royal College of Physicians (UK), having earned his MSc from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK) and MB, BS from the Medical College in Trivandrum, India.

He moved to become the Chief of Nephrology and Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas in 2006 from the tenured position of Professor of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi.

Dr. Salahudeen Founded the OncoNephrology Forum at the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) in 2012 where he served as its chairman. He is also the founder of Otsuka Inc. setup to develop cancer nephrology research and treatment.

Dr. Salahudeen is a compassionate physician, public health leader, entrepreneur, academician, and scholar. He has authored more than 100 scholarly research papers and books specializing in kidney cancers and emergency medicine. He is the Medical Director of JFK Global Prayer Ministry, a non-profit organization that provides telemedicine treatment and support to COVID-19 indigent, uninsured and underserved patients.
